How do frontline employees access it? What if they don't have laptops or official email IDs?

No laptops, no email IDs, no app downloads required. Learners access UpTroop through WhatsApp on their own phones — they receive a practice nudge, or a role play nudge -they tap the link, verify with an OTP, and start practicing. The whole login takes under 10 seconds. Teams that prefer Microsoft Teams; Slack or a Mobile App can use those instead.

Which languages are supported today?

11+ languages are live in production today, including English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali and Kannada — with more rolling out on a defined roadmap. This is native, voice-first practice with localized nuance in each language — not machine-translated text. Learners can switch language themselves, and each language has its own AI coach voice.

Out of the box, UpTroop also works fully standalone — bulk user upload, OTP login, downloadable reports — so you can launch in days and add integrations as a second phase rather than making them a launch dependency.

Can we brand it as our own?

Yes. UpTroop supports white-labeling for enterprise clients — your name, your branding, your AI coach persona. Several clients run UpTroop internally under their own program identity, so learners experience it as their company's own readiness platform rather than a third-party tool.

What does onboarding involve, and what do you need from us?

A structured joint plan: we set up your enterprise environment, train your platform admins, and support content preparation; your side confirms the rollout cohort, shares the user list, and completes IT approvals (whitelisting, security review, WhatsApp business access).
