Role Overview:
As a Product Intern at UpTroop, you will have the opportunity to dive into the product management field and contribute to the development of cutting-edge skilling solutions. This internship is designed for individuals looking to make a significant career shift into product management. You will gain hands-on experience and learn from seasoned professionals, helping you to develop the necessary skills to succeed in this dynamic field.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the research and analysis of market trends to support the product development process.
• Help in defining product requirements and creating wireframes and prototypes under the guidance of senior product managers.
• Participate in the full product lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and release.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to enhance product features and usability.
• Gather and analyze feedback from users and stakeholders to inform future product enhancements.
• Support the product team in daily administrative tasks and project coordination.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Design, or related field.
• Strong interest in transitioning to a career in product management.
• Keen learner with a proactive mindset and a willingness to take on diverse tasks.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with software development processes and agile methodologies is a plus.
