People will always sell, advise and serve. Someone deciding on a loan, an insurance policy or an investment wants a person across the table.

What can change is how ready that person is. Today, how good a field agent becomes depends on how good their manager is, and there are never enough great managers. UpTroop gives every frontline person the coaching of the best manager on the team, through daily AI role-plays and coaching in their own language.

About the role

This is not a typical product internship. You will work with the founders and the AI engineers to test, design and improve AI products used by enterprise customers every day, and see your work ship.

What you will do

• Join customer calls and demos, and write down the problems people actually have.
• Test AI Trainer, AI Role Plays, AI Coach and the AI Console, and find where the AI gets it wrong.
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, quality and consistency, and suggest better prompts and flows.
• Write user stories and help shape product requirements with engineering and design.
• Track usage and feedback after launches and recommend what to improve next.

What we are looking for

• A final-year engineering student or a recent graduate.
• Strong analytical skills and clear writing.
• Curious about AI and you use AI tools daily.
• You think from the user's point of view.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving startup.

• Location: Bengaluru, hybrid. Two days a week in the office.

• A path to full time: strong interns can move into a full-time Product Associate role.
