About the Role:
As the Director of Sales at UpTroop, you will be a key leader within our Sales Team, charged with developing and executing our sales strategy. This role involves direct engagement with both large enterprise customers and dynamic startups throughout the entire sales cycle. You will be instrumental in shaping our future growth and helping our clients embrace innovative skilling solutions.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute the sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage relationships with clients throughout all stages of the sales cycle, from account planning and demand generation to deal closure.
  • Deliver compelling, executive-level presentations that clearly articulate the business value of our solutions.
  • Work closely with the Product team to ensure client feedback and market demands are effectively translated into our product offerings.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of success, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in selling and closing deals with SaaS technology and/or business applications, preferably to large enterprises.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to engage and persuade at the executive level.
  • Strong understanding of the HR product landscape, including current challenges and solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively navigate the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • A growth and learning mindset, with the ability to quickly adapt and respond to industry changes and challenges.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with a knack for creating and nurturing connections with clients and team members.
