Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, testing, and implementation of software solutions.
• Collaborate with the software engineering team to understand the coding and application process.
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, with a focus on coding and debugging.
• Help troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing services.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience with NodeJS and Java. Experience with Python is a plus.
• Experience in creating bots, preferably MS Teams and Slack bots, and using NLP, GPT to enhance intelligence.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, SQL Databases, JSON, and XML formats.
• Proficiency in writing clean, efficient code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in team settings.
• Experience with popular frontend technology (like React.js/Next.js) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with highly available, scalable, and extendable backend systems.
• Applied machine learning to user-facing products.
• Robust and scalable data and model infrastructure.
• Proficiency in React, with a deep understanding of state management.
• Experience with rigorous experimentation and evaluation methodologies.
• A user and business-focused perspective.
• Experience with recommendation systems, natural language understanding, or generation is a plus.
• Familiarity with enterprise integrations, such as SAML and SSO.
